Carole has a touch that is so nurturing and utterly otherworldly. She puts me into a deeply meditative state where my mind sorts out heaps without me trying. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

My 7year old daughter has been super excited about getting her ears pierced. So it was really important to find a clean and professional environment, this started from the moment we called to make the appointment right up to Information about aftercare. She was seen by Jade who put her at ease and made her first piercing experience as comfortable as possible.

As usual Farrah was brilliant. I had botox and filler in the nose to mouth lines. She is a wonderful character especially as i am such a nervous person her bubbly personality kept me relaxed throughout the procedure. I could see the results instantly ‘smile lines’ disappeared. Soo happy. The botox takes 3 days to take effect so i have to wait for these results but as usual very happy. i wouldn’t go anywhere else for these treatments.

Just had my first treatment of profhilo. Farrah is very lovely and made me feel at ease instantly as I was very nervous. The injections sting but bearable. Recovery was fine, I had no bruises, maybe a few tiny red dots that were barely visible but disappeared after a couple of hours. I can already see the difference softer skin on my face and a nice brighter complexion. I will be returning in a months time for the second treatment.

I got both my lobes and my lower helix pierced. The team were great - they explained everything for me clearly about the process and aftercare and made me feel comfortable during the piercings. Aaliyah was lovely and made me feel at ease during the process.

My dear friend and I had an hour in Carole’s hot tub. The setting by the Longford river, sheltered by trees, is delightful, with background music and tea and cold drinks provided. A special experience - thanks Carole!

Tali was wonderful and is amazing at massage she really focused on my areas of tension which was in places I didn’t actually realise I was feeling tense from.
