Kyle really helped me through a tough situation with a foreign piercing I got done in India! It was a flat piercing and somehow the skin had grown overtop of the whole back of the earring. Kyle was very gentle and saved the whole earring and my piercing at the same time (we replaced it with one of the beautiful pieces he had!). This isn’t my first time with a piercing by Kyle so I knew I could trust him. I truly truly appreciate his work, dedication and professionalism and I will definitely recommend him to everyone :))))

Wonderful experience at Vanity Inc! My 13 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Manu, who was very patient and gentle. She explained every step before, and as she was doing, the piercing, which helped my daughter stay calm. And appreciate the pain was minimal! Would definitely recommend!!!

Kyle was very patient and knowledgeable about proper piercing practices. The form that you fill out is very extensive, but it's worth it. Has a good range of different jewelry that is safe to insert in your body (no surgical steel). He keeps digital records of the gauge, type, and guarantees the jewelry for life. I will be returning to him once my daith is more healed to switch to a slightly smaller ring in gold.

My twelve-year-old daughter and I had such a positive experience getting pierced by Charlotte! She was so warm and welcoming, and put both of us at ease right away. Manu is such a wonderful piercer. She did my 11 year old daughter’s ears, my nostril and just added a gorgeous stacked lobe. She is so friendly, has great taste and makes you feel really at ease by letting you know every step of the process. I had such an amazing first piercing with you guys. The atmosphere surround your store was so amazing and welcoming. When I did my research I chose your store for how professional it looked, and the story behind it. I was more then happy to find a piercing studio that was Indigenous and lgbtq+ owned/run! As someone who is a part of the LGBTQ+ community I felt very safe in my decision. Marie was my piercer, and was THE BEST piercer I could have ever asked for! She was kind, gentle, and walked me through every step of the way. I’ll be coming back whenever I decide on my next piercing for sure!

Amazing experience ! I went with my mom and she was a little nervous with getting a couple ear piercings, and he made her feel super comfortable. A really good experience over all, it felt professional and caring. A couple points is that the info could be a bit overwhelming, I would've appreciated a bit less/more succinctness. Also I would've appreciated a warning for the piercing, something like "in the next minute, I'll be piercing your ear". A very positive experience overall, Kyle really knows his stuff and you can tell cares a lot about making it a good experience for the client.
