Loredana was welcoming and explained everything clearly, including what to expect during and after the treatment. As this wasn’t my first appointment, I really appreciated how consistently kind and professional Loredana was, she made me feel comfortable straight away and completely at ease. The whole experience felt smooth and reassuring from start to finish. I would 100% recommend.
