I recently had a laser hair removal appointment, and overall it was such a positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, modern, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. Loredana was welcoming and explained everything clearly, including what to expect during and after the treatment. As this wasn’t my first appointment, I really appreciated how consistently kind and professional Loredana was, she made me feel comfortable straight away and completely at ease. The whole experience felt smooth and reassuring from start to finish. I would 100% recommend.

literally fantastic!! i did both nails and hair today and they’ve been amazing with their job: professional, kind, sweet and with so much care for their clients (again thank you so much for the combo coffee+biscuit🥰). Second visit and still blown away! The Korean lash lift is truly in a league of its own. The curl is perfect, the lift is natural looking and the results last so well. She's a true professional who takes her time and gets every detail right. 10/10, no notes! 🖤

Mr Fox is amazing! Very professional, great service and one of the best massages I ever had. I am used to painful massages in order to get a result, but he managed to fix my back without pain and do drenage so that my abs would show. The drenage of the belly did not just improve the visual aspect, but it helped with my IBS as well. I feel the benefits for days after the treatment, including reduction of dark circles around my eyes, improved digestion, general wellbeing as well as much less pain. Highly highly recommended!

I always enjoy the red-out facials. The facial improves my skin appearance and it feels very smooth and soft afterwards. The facial itself also helps me relax. Definitely worth it.
