I had my first treatment today, Sophie was so knowledgeable, yet humble. It was clear from our brief consultation that she knows what she's talking about;hormones, nervous system, body stress etc. She's very attuned to different people's bodies, I felt she knew what I needed pretty quickly. Sophie goes deep, beyond the physical aspects of a 'massage'. My actual treatment today was unlike any IV had before, each movement was with such considered intent and purpose, tackling multiple release points. I had a lymphatic drainage hybrid. I'm at complete ease of knowing I'm in good hands.

It was a trip back after a long summer off from skin care. I didn’t think my skin was too bad but after looking in the mirror on completion of the treatment the difference was striking. I didn’t realise how clogged and dull my skin had become. It was now looking much cleaner, clearer, fresh and plump. Booked in the next session before I left so I don’t let it become dull again.

I had a bikini wax and it was such a pleasant experience . I felt calm and relaxed throughout. I’ve had bikini waxes at other places before and was usually put off by the pain, but this experience was completely different. I would definitely come back again. It was my first time in years getting my lashes done, due to uncomfortable lashes done before (not done locally) but Dimple was professional and friendly - she suggested the best lashes for me and I’m so happy with them. I even fell asleep getting them done!
