Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. Amazing experience. Instantly felt at ease with Danielle. She gave a thorough and knowledgeable consultation and i felt so comfortable with her. The salon is immaculate and I highly recommend Flawless. I had laser hair removal and even though I initially felt nervous, Danielle put me at ease straight away.

My bacial and facial by Olivia was amazing, would recommend to anyone. Was a perfect way to spend an hour and a half on a cold winters day. The products used smelt amazing and the massages were amazing.
