Gemma is so informative, professional, and clearly experienced, but is also just really lovely, welcoming and creates a warm and relaxing environment! She explains each step so clearly and I can already see the results and how fabulous they’re going to be over time!!

Jasmine was so lovely and welcoming! I felt at ease straight way! I've been looking for an eyebrow place where I can book appointments easily and somewhere close by and this is the perfect spot. I was super comfortable and relaxed on the bed that was heated. Definitely will be returning!

Such a relaxing facial and left with my skin looking amazing! The facial massage was incredible and really relaxed me. Zoe's room is lovely, and Zoe made me feel totally at ease. Asked me about my skin and current routine so she could tailor the treatment for me and explained everything she was using. I'll definitely be back again!

One of the best facials I have had. My skin is glowing and feels so soft to touch. Loved every part of it and felt like I was floating on a cloud when I came out. Zoe is really lovely and takes time to listen to any skin care issues you may have. So amazing I have booked again!
