Wasn't sure if I was gonna like the look or how bad it was gonna be to have my privates waxed. It was bad but considering i do have sensible skin and low tolerance in pain it was no AS bad, and in the end the result was replay good, very smooth and clean, better looking then I thought I most say. Very professional and caring of your experience and how you are dealing the pain, if you are concerned or uncomfortable, she'll do a great job helping you feel better. I also choses to get a massage after and it was hiesntly the best massage I ever had and I had like 10+ I was falling asleep. 10/10

PERFECTION I know there is not a lot of reviews but listen! I have never been this smooth in my life. This was my first time waxing. So saying i was terrified is an understatement. But hey, birthday girl right? Lisa was so warm and kind starting from the door! The waiting room and work room had a cozy vibe. Despite the fact this was literally a brazilian wax, she still left the room so i could undress. I felt valued the whole time. Not once was i shamed despite my own quirkiness. Before starting she took her time to explain what i should expect and reassured me throughout the procedure.

I had my first visit with Ruby for a 90 minute facial and I wish I can give 10 stars!! The room is so inviting, warm and tranquil as was the music and such pleasant atmosphere. Ruby was fantastic and professional, I received an amazing treatment and felt extremely relaxed afterwards. I will certainly be coming back very soon!

Ruby and Jess are always so warm and welcoming. Everything there is super luxuriously cute, clean, and cozy! The space is always ready and organized and just soooo relaxing.
