I had my first lymphatic massage with Rachel and it was such a great experience. She made me feel comfortable straight away and really took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which helped me relax into it. What I didn’t expect was how much more aware of my body I’d feel afterwards. It wasn’t just a “relaxing massage”, it felt really intentional and educational in a way. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Rachel has made the entire procedure so comfortable. Every appointment I’m sure to feel more confident than I did before going in. The facial massage using beautiful Australian products left my skin feeling plump, hydrated, and completely refreshed.
