Such a relaxing time! Thank you for an amazing spa experience. Looking forward to coming back. I have also passed on some feedback that I would prefer a hand head massage over a scalp massager, however thats my personal preference. I did find the scalp massaging tool really increased my scalp circulation!

I visited the Bankstown branch on Thursday 4/1/24. The owner greeted me and went through my form submissions. I was treated with the services of the signature scalpcial, red LED light therapy (for hair growth) and dermaplaning. I was mainly served by the female staff member whose name was Rozy. She was very polite and friendly. I also requested for my treatment to be recorded as videos. The staff members agreed and did the recording on my mobile.
