Very relaxing especially for a first time with fillers

Hayley made me feel completely at ease today having a lip enhancement. I felt very reassured and had full trust in Hayley, with her medical background being a bonus. Pain was minimal and she explained every step of the way, listening to what I wanted to get out of the appointment too. Kate is ever such a lovely women and made me feel so welcome. She did a fantastic job doing profhilo on my face.
