Been having the B12 complex and biotin injections for a while now and can really notice the difference. I have more energy and my hair feels amazing . My hairdresser said she can see a big change in my hair it feels thicker and healthier. Being a menopausal woman I was shredding hair and it just felt dry and unhealthy but this has stopped. My hair is growing back faster than it ever has before and it feels healthier, I am so glad I started having these injections I would highly recommend them to anyone.
