Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Wonderful, incredible treatment didn’t need to explain anything whilst having treatment. Didn’t realise how much I needed it. Short 2 minute consultation before and left with no tension or any issues. Will definitely return!!!

My experience with Rachel Alex salon has been great , I go to Rose for hair colouring and tape in extensions . Always does a great job with attention to detail. Love how my hair is blow dried ! She is so lovely and friendly too would definetly recommend !

I always visit ND skin clinic when I arrive into Manchester from New York where I currently live. My skin started off dry and dehydrated and after the hydra facial My skin was glowing! My sister told me it took 5 years off My face! Highly recommend

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and I loved it in the chamber, and I also got a marathon PB shaving 14 mins off my previous! So it must have helped to! I will definitely be back pre events in Manchester
