Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Absolutely amazing! Did my daughter's prom make up and it looked absolutely amazing! My daughter who doesn't wear alot of make up was made up with it! Sophie's skills and expertise are second to none! She's very professional and accomodating. Thank you so much for adding the last touch to her special night!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and I loved it in the chamber, and I also got a marathon PB shaving 14 mins off my previous! So it must have helped to! I will definitely be back pre events in Manchester

I had a truly amazing experience with Amy. She is just so friendly and so welcoming. We spoke together like we had known each other years which is so welcoming when your having your make up done with someone for the first time❤️ I showed her some styles how I would like my make up and she matched them even better!! I felt so confident in myself and she made me look and feel fantastic . I had so many compliments all day on how amazing my make up were and after 10 hours my make up didn’t look any different! I’ve always hated my eyebrows since I overplucked them when I was a teenager… Maddie has previously done my micro blading which I liked and gave me confidence in my eyebrows again. Two and a half years on I was due a top up, and Maddie re-did my eyebrows - this time she did machine brows. She is a real perfectionist! There is no rush when she is mapping the new brows out, and she takes time to choose the correct shade. I am thrilled with my new machine brows, and I would highly recommend Maddie.
