It is so lovely to find a place where every one is so professional, highly skilled and customer service is impeccable! I came today got hair extensions with Dionne she is the best in London her technique, her hair and just her! Monica did my blow dry after beautifully ! And Mawra did my nails I feel pampered listened to it was like a fun day out! Highly recommend as it saves time being able to do every thing together and the salon is stunning!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. It was a nice experience. Sara was kind, calm and suggested treatments that will work and explained why some treatments will not work. I also had HIFU treatment. The results were visible immediately. I’ll come back to get some other treatments done.

My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. Extremely pleased with the results. Thank you so much Sarah cannot wait for my next visit.
