It was an amazing experience, Shakira gave excellent service from start to finish. Starting with an intro and explaining as she goes through the facial analysis and service, I felt extremely comfortable, no discomfort. I had a mole removal done and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She was extremely professional and immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, so I never felt unsure or left wondering about the process. Her calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience comfortable, and I felt well cared for throughout. I would highly recommend her.
