I booked in with Donna at Lionessence Sports Massage specifically to target some severe tightness and discomfort in my right shoulder, and the experience was fantastic. With her nursing background, Donna is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly where the tension was rooted. I walked in with restricted movement and left feeling completely loosened up with a massive release of tension. The SB Fitness Gym has a great setup, and Donna is highly professional. I went for a pregnancy massage at 30 weeks pregnant after feeling so achy, tight, and uncomfortable. I left feeling so much more relaxed, looser, and genuinely refreshed!
