She was really good. Profesional and friendly. Hitting right through my knots and trigger points. Made me do some gentle stretches to improve flexibility and mobility. Also gave me advice at the end of the session and I will definitely return back to do instead of a 90 mins deep tissue massage, 30 mins session to get rid of these multiple stubborn knots that cause so much pain.

Had a wonderful full body massage with jayne very relaxing

been twice now for the back and butt facial and also a massage as my usual masseuse kept cancelling last minute using kids as an excuse. Really relaxing and checked on pressure throughout, will be going again!

What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots.
