Had such an amazing morning! I got the bliss package and I left feeling absolutely amazing. The massage was perfect and so was the facial..my skin feels and looks the best it has in a long time! The esthetician was very friendly, kind and confident in her work. I highly highly recommend her and the spa and will definitely be coming back and recommending the spa to others!

The hot oil body treatment was fantastic! Samantha was great. I struggled to stay awake! The facial was just ok. It felt like there was a lot of hands-off time. The scalp massage was maybe only a minute and it seemed a little disorganized. My skin feels great though. Thanks for the nice birthday morning!

Facility: Interior was very clean and decorated nicely. It smelled amazing! Staff: The customer service was outstanding. I felt very welcomed and they were all so kind. Service: It was my first massage and facial and now i am hooked. They took their time.

I was lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful 4 hands massage with Tamara and Mary. They worked in concert to create a very relaxing and enjoyable massage experience. It’s so nice to have more than one person work on you, especially when those people are this good. Tamara and Mary have a high level of skill and intuitive experience to share and were able to find all my trouble spots and melt them away. The back scrub before turning over was a very nice surprise. The whole team at Ignite Your Soul Wellness Spa are very warm and welcoming. I look forward to May next massage. I enjoyed my visit to Ignite Your Soul in Ajax. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Mary provided my service and it was very relaxing. My skin felt and looked great afterwards. My only negative comment was that I booked the Glow package which included a facial, a back/neck/shoulder massage and a foot massage and I realized afterwards I didn't get the foot massage.

The staff and new location are great! My friend and I went for the winters dream holiday spa package on December 28th and it was amazing with one exception. We had Mary and Colleen who are so sweet and amazing!! The shoulder/back/neck massage and microdermabrasion facial were fantastic!! The only issue is that we did not get our foot massage (part of the package) so I sent a message online through the site and never even received an acknowledgement, so that was disappointing. We still had a great time!
