I didn't know what a difference this could make to reach my fitness goals and reduce pain. I highly recommend Diana. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of sessions now and she’s been a game-changer in my healing journey. She uses a combination of techniques, including scraping and cupping, which have helped me with my sciatic pain due to a herniated disc. Every session feels tailored to my needs. I really appreciate that she goes beyond the massage—she follows up after each session to check in on my progress and how I'm feeling. She also offers great advice on exercises to do at after. I’ll make sure to see her at least twice a month.
