I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. From the post booking call through to the massage itself Rico was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I booked in at the MMA gym (which isn’t for everyone, but I gym here and love it). I had knee replacement surgery a year ago, Rico had done his homework and managed to work out my kinks and also gave me some stretching homework to do before the next appointment (of which I’m sure there will be many!). Brilliant, thank you so much Rico!

Rico is brilliant. He takes his time to understand any problems you may have and talks you through the recommendations he has. He makes you feel very comfortable and is chatty throughout. Rico will also take time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it and gives tips on stretches to do at home.

I have been a client of Jade’s now for 5 years n she is the best masseuse I’ve ever had! I’ve recently been working with Rico on some pre massage stretching exercises etc so as to enhance the actual massage therapy. It’s really working well and I’m very pleased with the results. This gentleman is a ‘natural’ and authentic practitioner who puts the needs of his clients very much at the heart of a session. A very satisfied customer!

Rico paid me a home visit and made me feel relaxed. He was able to identify the areas which needed treatment and performed a sports massage, cupping and helped me stretch the affected areas. Afterwards my back, neck and shoulder felt much better. Thank you for the visit rico
