Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

Highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to de-stress. The lymphatic stomach massage felt very gentle yet effective, and the Reiki added a whole other layer of relaxation. The space itself is beautiful and very clean. Rachel was professional, warm, and attentive to how I was feeling. I felt incredibly calm during and after the session—it was exactly what I needed for both my body and mind!

Rico paid me a home visit and made me feel relaxed. He was able to identify the areas which needed treatment and performed a sports massage, cupping and helped me stretch the affected areas. Afterwards my back, neck and shoulder felt much better. Thank you for the visit rico

I honestly can’t thank Nicole enough. Her lymphatic drainage massage has completely changed how my body looks and feels. She’s got that perfect mix of skill, knowledge, and genuine care. From the moment she started, I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing — every movement was purposeful, gentle but effective, and she explained everything in a way that made me feel completely at ease. I had the most beautiful lymphatic drainage treatment with Rachel. Even just from stepping into her stunning treatment space it surpassed expectations. I booked the back exfoliation treatment due to having some blocked pores and general discomfort with the skin on my back. It felt amazing, like all the impurities were being lifted from my back. Definitely recommend it to anyone who struggles with similar.

This is my second visit, I had a full body massage, Nicole was fantastic and I left feeling amazing.

Amazing! Beth gave me the loveliest Indian head massage, much needed after a few weeks of migraines and tension headaches it’s really helped. She had the best vibe and the whole place was so lovely and relaxing, I’ll definitely be back ☺️
