I cannot recommend Munro Sports and Injury Therapy enough! Paul is amazing at what he does! He’s friendly, approachable, makes you feel really comfortable and has great banter. During your appointment Paul will always explain what he is doing, give appropriate treatments (including acupuncture) and is totally responsive to what your body needs each time you go. He is also very good at keeping you distracted with his chat! I always leave feeling so much better in my body with increased mobility and knowledge of how to better perform and take care of myself in the gym. 🌟 5 stars all round 🌟

Paul has fantastic knowledge and is great at finding out what you need help with. He is always friendly and understanding of your needs. I always walk away from sessions feeling like I’ve been helped a lot more! On top of that, Paul gives you a programme to help you work on between visits, that targets your problems and helps with recovery. Very professional and knows his stuff

I have had issues with my back and knees (all joints really) for some time due to the work I do. I felt when I was walking my posture wasn’t right but after an hour with Vikki I feel 6ft tall and have a spring in my step. Looking forward to my next visit already. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
