I took my friend for a facial — she had never been before and was quite anxious about the whole thing. When it was over, the first thing out of her mouth was, “that was amazing!“. Donna put my friend at ease and was very responsive to question questions and suggestions throughout the process. She started the whole process by giving my friend several scents to smell and see what she liked and what she didn’t like. Then she allowed me to sit with my friend next to the treatment table while she did the facial. At the end, she even gave her a few samples to take home. We’ll definitely be back!
