I’ve been seeing Tamara for two months and she’s been incredible. As someone who works out regularly, I often deal with muscle tension, and Tamara knows exactly how to target and release those tight areas. She adjusts pressure perfectly and is always professional, caring, and skilled. I leave every session feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to hit the gym again.
