My visit to Motion Massage in lakewood was Excellent. Jessica was communicative, pleasant and personable with the Booking process. Alyssa was the Massage therapist and created a Wonderful Massage Experience, with thorough attentiveness to pressure while making sure my visit was comfortable. Diane was truly amazing! I got off the table and thought, “I must not have ever had a true professional massage before today.” Because today hit different. She has a deep understanding of the body built over her experience. I’ve been a personal health and fitness coach for the last 10 years so I’m very particular about my body work expectations and Diane blew them all out of the water. If you’re searching for someone who is confident in their work and will learn and respond to what your muscle tissue tells her that you need. This is your therapist!

Good experience overall. Meryl was great, with a lot of positive energy. She was very knowledgeable and helped a lot with my complicated back issues.

I've been dealing with sciatica for many years. After my second session with Natalie, I'm beginning to notice some real changes in this chronic condition. After developing this malady over the course of my 35 year professional life, I certainly don't expect instantaneous relief. I am, however, hopeful that this condition will ultimately resolve under the powerful hands of Natalie!

This was my first session with Natalie. After describing my chronic nerve issues, she took no time to begin working towards the area in question, using deep pressure techniques to loosen the muscle and minimize the nerve pain. Ever sensitive to applying too much pressure, Natalie was careful and professional throughout our allotted time. While I am completely aware of the therapeutic effects of bodywork, my primary focus on my monthly massage is purely relaxation. With life’s day to day challenges, I believe it’s important to get away from it all, if only for an hour, every month.
