My visit to Motion Massage in lakewood was Excellent. Jessica was communicative, pleasant and personable with the Booking process. Alyssa was the Massage therapist and created a Wonderful Massage Experience, with thorough attentiveness to pressure while making sure my visit was comfortable. Overall, a wonderfully calming, quiet and quaint experience. I absolutely recommend! (I will be back!)

Diane was truly amazing! I got off the table and thought, “I must not have ever had a true professional massage before today.” Because today hit different. She has a deep understanding of the body built over her experience. I’ve been a personal health and fitness coach for the last 10 years so I’m very particular about my body work expectations and Diane blew them all out of the water. This was my first session with Natalie. After describing my chronic nerve issues, she took no time to begin working towards the area in question, using deep pressure techniques to loosen the muscle and minimize the nerve pain. Ever sensitive to applying too much pressure, Natalie was careful and professional throughout our allotted time. While I am completely aware of the therapeutic effects of bodywork, my primary focus on my monthly massage is purely relaxation. With life’s day to day challenges, I believe it’s important to get away from it all, if only for an hour, every month.
