She has the most calming energy about her, and she is so skilled in her art and so generous with her time. I had the Chinese Medical Massage (Tui Na), which was out of this world. Day two! and we both feel amazing. Nahara is an amazing woman who definitely knows her craft to the T. Nahara as a former pre-medical student + expertise in Chinese medicine + naturopathic healing she definitely knows all points of isolation and healing. She was very consistent with her techniques throughout the entire 90 mins both of the left and right side of our bodies, which rarely happens and kind of annoying lol. After she massages consistently on both sides of our bodies, she went back to find troubled areas and areas we talked about during consultation. SHES A GOLDEN TREAT. Thank you!

Greg was AMAZING!!!! Haven’t had someone so knowledgeable and compassionate about what they do in such a long time. The massage was more than perfect and I cannot wait to come back again and get another massage and relax in California with my friend. The spa is definitely a must, so do not forget to book your app with Greg!!!!

Had a wonderful deep massage by Greg. He massaged crevices of my body that hadn’t been before like the periorbital area, diaphragm, and shoulder blades which was really nice. They don’t have a Jacuzzi/pool but I didn’t miss them because there is a shower faucet in the steam room that can mimic cold plunges. Next time I will bring a pumice stone.

Amazing massage with Greg. He was able to work out pain in my hip and ankle that no one has ever been able to help before. Beautiful serene environment, beautiful way to end our weekend at Elk Cove Inn.
