She listens carefully and has helped me with tight shoulders, lower back pain, sciatica and hand injury to keeping my muscles well maintained with deep tissue sports massages-( thank you Hugo and Az) and acupuncture! I will see you both next week.

i went yesterday for Acupuncure and massage. I am suffering from Sciatica. My leg isn;t as stiff as it was and I managed to get some sleep last night for the 1st time in a week. Aze and Hugo are lovely, vwey welcoming and seem very professional & Knowledgeable. Would reccomend giving them a try!

My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense. I’d recommend At Home Holistic Therapies to friends/family and I’d go again!
