I always come out a ton lighter. They are friendly and professional. My therapist always knows the area of my body she needs to pay more attention to. They are a good team. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic treatment from Aze and Hugo... I have had my second session of Acupuncture and have always been sceptical about alternative medicines... However, after trying many different modalities for lower back pain, anxiety etc. I am starting to find some ease in my pain.. Long way to go but currently I am starting to feel some enjoyment of life again! x

She listens carefully and has helped me with tight shoulders, lower back pain, sciatica and hand injury to keeping my muscles well maintained with deep tissue sports massages-( thank you Hugo and Az) and acupuncture! i went yesterday for Acupuncure and massage. I am suffering from Sciatica. My leg isn;t as stiff as it was and I managed to get some sleep last night for the 1st time in a week. Aze and Hugo are lovely, vwey welcoming and seem very professional & Knowledgeable. Would reccomend giving them a try!

My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense.
