My mother and I had pulled our shoulder muscle. Movement was limited and the shoulder was stiff. Doctor Chen is fantastic. He felt where the issue was and worked on it. He has got our shoulders moving again. Last time we visited Doctor Chen my mother could not bend her knee. He resolved it in just one session. He is so talented. I highly recommend you visit Doctor Chen. He can feel and spot the problem.

Good facial slight confusion with booking asked for 40 minutes as per booking on Fresca but got an hour then had to pay for an hour 🥴therapist was great maybe they need to check what’s been booked because when you are zoned out you don’t have time to think !

Alex is a very experienced Chinese doctor and a very good acupuncturist, together he is such a good physiotherapist in traditional Chinese Massage.

Very good practice, I had shoulder issue last year and had severe pain daily. The issue was resolved by the Chinese male therapist at this practice with one session. Recently I have had poor posture issues and stiff back and I damaged my lower back picking up a heavy object, for weeks I was in severe pain and medications wasn’t working so I revisited the Chinese male therapist dr, I had massage, free cupping and chiropractic treatment my back pain has dropped by 70% I will continue with the advice, as these people are very professional in the services they offer and I genuinely trust them.

Tried this place today on the recommendation of a friend and so glad i did i came out of there feeling like i had a new body after an hour long deep tissue massage and cupping. The people working there are very friendly and welcoming and very experianced in what they do. Clean refreshing enviroment to relax in. Went with my wife who had the same treatment and will definately now make this a regular thing. You have to try heloca clinic it will not dissapoint.

Fitted me in for a massage at short notice - massage was really good & helped ease tension and aches from multi day hiking.

Had constant achy lower back pain after a course of treatment with Dr Alex the back feels 90percent better and my movement has improved..Its strange as I dont feel that annoying achy back pain anymore. Dr Alex is an excellent acupuncturist and his Tui na massage exceptional. He has a friendly manner & takes care of his patients. Would highly recommend his clinic .
