Absolutely 10/10. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made it a relaxing stay from start to finish. Lydia was awesome and managed to remove some knots from my back that have been there for awhile. Alice also provided amazing service and gave me refreshments after the massage. Can't wait to go back.

An absolutely amazing experience! I experienced the a Gua sha massage done by Wendy and I can't stop raving about it! Her offering was a service that was equally technically incredible and passionate. Truly a beautiful space with an amazing and welcoming staff! They greeted me with a cup of warm tea and sent me out with a bowl of fresh fruit and a sweet treat! So much gratitude and appreciation for the time I spent at pemberley!

It was a gorgeous and luxurious experience and the hospitality was unmatched. The facility is super well maintained and absolute, gorgeous and clearly a lot of thought and time was put into the design and my massage was fantastic and was one of the first massages where I was kept warm throughout the music was a perfect temperature support was put underneath my legs at various points overall, a highly recommended experience and it is worth every sentence and dollar that you pay.

Took my brother’s finacée to celebrate and it was lovely. Great service from the moment you walk through the door; friendly staff. The facilities are CLEAN and cleaners regularly come into the change rooms and washrooms to maintain. Well-stocked with necessary toiletries (even toothbrushes!) and slippers, robes, and towels provided—just bring yourself! The massage was deep and incredible. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room before our massage. Lots of room to lounge, or to work (there are work tables). Was delighted with our tray of sweets and berries after our treatment. Thoroughly felt pampered

Mia and Julia are very good. they are good on their technique and very attentive to my body. The staff is very professional, they know when to show themselves and when to remove themselves from our sight. Looking forward for my next appointment. The only comment is that when I booked the next appointment at the front desk on Aug 16, 2023 as I mentioned my birthday, they didn't mention any discounts on my birthday, even I paid full price massage fee on my September 1, 2023 appointment. I only received an email from your company that I have 10% discount .

Amazing little hidden gem in the area! Very luxurious feel and immaculately clean. The interior design is so modern, minimal and refreshing. I had Mia for my CBD oil massage, although they do not give RMT reciepts, her skills were excellent and made sure i was comfortable the entire treatment. You get a little welcome cosmetic bag on your first visit as well as nice refreshments after a treatment which was a plus. I will definitely return for another day.

This spa was absolutely amazing. I visited with my mom for her birthday and they provided the great experience for her. My mom had Ultra Firm VMAX Facial with Virginia and I had Gha Sha with Julia, they were top notch. Girls at the front desk was super kind and caring, they made great impression of the place :) I will definitely visit again!

This is one of the finest spas in Toronto, and I highly recommend it. Although I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, I was still welcomed and treated like royalty. Wendy is the best she gives the best massages and pay attention to details

Had an amazing time here in celebration with my friend’s birthday. The women at the counter, the massage therapist and even the cleaner was incredibly amazing. 10/10

Our visit was an eventful day with Grandma (me), 2 daughter-in-laws and 3 granddaughters having a special day together. We were treated like royalty as soon as we got there. The setting was so tranquil and well detailed. The spa was very clean and the services were amazing - massages and facials - and having the sauna and steam room was wonderful. Great temperatures to enjoy. We finished off with a lovely and very healthy refreshment. We were not rushed and were very well attended to. We will definitely go again!

Wonderful experience that started by being greeted at the door by Alice. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Facilities were spotless and created a relaxing atmosphere. Massage by Julia was great! Will definitely be returning!

Great experience! My girlfriend and I went to for a couples massage and the masseuses did a great deep tissue massage. The accommodations and the space were also amazing. Highly recommended.
