Absolutely love going here. Staff are wonderful, friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. They do their jobs to perfection. It's not get it done asap and do the next client. They genuinely take their time to ensure you have the best service possible. Truly glad I found this little treasure box. 💯 recommend from tip to toe!! Tayla was really knowledgable and explained every step of the lip blush. I felt relaxed and really comfortable during the procedures the after care pack was amazing, including everything I needed- even a reusable straw! Couldn’t fault anything. Would highly recommend!

Am really pleased with my hair cut. The time was taken to understand how I wanted it and wasn't rushed. I left feeling like my old self again and the price wasn't bad either ( £28 for a short wash cut and blow dry....my old hairdressers in pontypool charges £40....hence the reason for changing hairdressers) I'd seen a post on Facebook about The Beauty Room and had decided to follow them......and I'm glad I did.
