It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. The nicest and most welcoming person ever. She made me feel so comfortable immediately. Ive struggled with my skin for years but she was very attentive and the facial “million dollar facial” was exactly what I needed.

I’ve been getting my BIAB nails done with Amy for a few years now and honestly can’t recommend her enough! My appointments are always on time, my nails always look great and last between appointments.

I had a back massage with Faye and it was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. The pressure was perfect, and she really took the time to work through all the tension in my back. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely relaxed. Faye is professional, caring, and incredibly skilled — I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and effective massage.

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

I had such a great experience with Amy From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She paid attention to every detail and made sure my nails were shaped exactly how I wanted. The design came out even better than I imagined, and the quality is amazing — they’ve lasted so well without lifting or chipping. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients.
