The staff at the front desk they are very pleasant and trying to help with every question I had about the products. Also I ordered online and I did some mistakes but the owners of the salon, Dimitry and Elena were very understandable and changed my products. Great customer service and beautiful and cozy salon. I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

Euronails is such a lovely place! I did my long nails with Irina. She shaped them into the most perfect almond style and created a beautiful soft ombré look with pink slowly fading into white at the ends. The result looks absolutely elegant and classy, just the way I like it. Irina has incredible attention to detail and works so precisely. My nails look flawless! I also did my eyebrows, and I was equally impressed. The color was chosen perfectly to match my pale skin tone, and the shape was amazing. The overall service was fantastic! Very clean, professional, and relaxing. Highly Recommend!!!
