Excellent as always. Carmen is fantastic at what she does. Ive had botox before and the results were amazing so I decided to try filler for the first time. I was so nervous but Carmen talked me through it and it was absolutely fine and the results are amazing. Transformed my face and confidence. My makeup session with Katie exceeded expectations. The artist took time to understand the look I wanted and executed it perfectly. The blending, color matching, and attention to detail were exceptional. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and absolutely loved the final result

It was a wonderful experience from the moment I got there to leaving. Jo instantly made me feel at ease, and was incredibly caring about my skin and health. I felt rejuvenated when I left, after a much needed facial and relax. Already looking forward to going back!

The aesthetician is a qualified nurse so I feel I’m in safe hands with her, the numbing cream worked very fast and I didn’t feel any pain. Now just waiting for the results!
