Absolutely favourite time of the week. It is truly working. Finally something I can do with my limited ability for exercising. This way my body is encouraged to get rid of excess water. Warm massage increases circulation help with detoxification .Calm pleasant, private environment with professional assistance from owners. Definitely recommend it..

This is not a massage just to be clear with everyone. I have lipodaeama and fibromyalgia. You can be still against the machine or for a better physical work out you move your body. It's not complicated and the girls there are so informative and show you how to do everything. I felt absolutely great leaving there but I also think I'll sleep well tonight. Water was given as I needed my bottle refilled. You will need to bring your bottle initially. the place is hidden and small but I had a fantastic experience. Her knowledge and help was amazing thank you so much. Try it x

Everything was fantastic. Jo is very kind, welcoming and careful. She makes you feel at ease and makes sure that you are comfortable throughout your chosen treatment. I chose the sculpting treatment and it is as described. Jo also makes sure to go over it again and ease any concerns you may have. The treatment was painless and pretty comfortable. Results vary from person to person, but already I felt better after just the first treatment and could see/feel a difference. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I booked an Indian head massage, expecting it to be limited to my head, but I was treated to a wonderfully relaxing full body experience. Ashanti began our session by stimulating pressure points on my feet and legs, before working on my upper back and shoulder knots, and finally gave me a tingly scalp and neck massage. The perfect way to spend half an hour.

I had the most amazing body sculpting session with Contoura today and I’m genuinely so impressed with the overall experience! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. The treatment itself was super effective and surprisingly relaxing. Omg this woman has magical hands.. honestly I was soo uncomfortable and completely stiff before this lady gave me my full body massage.. I cannot sing her praises enough. She took such good care of me, and you can tell she really loves her job and she genuinely cares for her clients well being. It was my first time trying a service at Ashanti's Treatment Rooms and I had an amazing experience! my hydrafacial left my face glowing and Ashanti took the time to explain to me what each step was for. I was so suprised from the head massage as well that I didnt want to leave and stay for a full body massage. This is currently a one woman show so please be aware that you may have to wait a few minutes outside whilst she finishes previous treatement which is not a big deal. I would highly reccomend her facials and will be going back in a few weeks already :D

I’ve been coming to KBH for almost a year and I enjoy their treatments so much. It’s an investment in my self care. I’ve done a range of treatments and I’ve lost 7 inches off my waist, 4 inches off my thighs, cellulite is much reduced with smoother skin and body more sculpted, showing off my curves. Kelly is attentive, explaining the treatment to me, making sure that I’m comfortable throughout. KBH has now become part of my self care routine.

Absolutely lovely experience. The ladies were absolutely great, very sweet and made you feel really comfortable. The treatment (we had a duo hair treatment) was really great, really relaxing and leaves your hair smelling lovely and feeling smooth.

Nicole is the best practitioner that I have ever had the privilege to get a treatment from. She is professional, kind, has great energy, is knowledgeable and also so kind. My body feels rejuvenated and my face is literally glowing. I can’t sing enough praises about her services. My only wish is that I could’ve booked longer!

After seeing the results and a previous client of Berivan, I was keen on trying out the wooden therapy treatment (I am not a post-op client, just a normal body with some trouble areas). I felt very comfortable in the setting, everything was sanitised upon arrival and I was offered a drink too which was a nice touch. Lots of details as it was my first ever time trying out a body contouring treatment and I will be keeping these up hopefully monthly or 6 weeks.
