I had a prenatal massage at Casa Aire and it was one of the most comforting experiences of my pregnancy. The space feels calm and luxurious from the moment you walk in. My therapist took the time to understand my stage and the discomforts I’ve been dealing with. The setup was perfect. fully supported with pillows and side-lying positioning and the massage itself was gentle, intentional, and incredibly effective at easing pressure in my lower back, hips, and legs. I had a great lymphatic massage today. Marjorie, the therapist, did an excellent job. She took her time with each part of my body, carefully working out knots and tension. The massage was very relaxing and made me feel much better. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend this experience to others.
