Everyone at Motion Remedy is incredible, I've been going for the best part of the year and have enjoyed every single massage. I've now been getting regular pregnancy massages with Apple and honestly she has the hands of an angel. She is single-handedly getting me through the aches and pains of the third trimester and I cannot praise her enough. I also booked my husband in with Apple for an aromatherapy massage, he usually struggles with relaxing and is really tense, but he came out relaxed and rejuvenated!

A great place to go for a massage. We have visited numerous times as staff are pleasant and very attentive to our requirements. I have fibromyalgia and after my massage it feels like I’m walking on air. My mind and body are so relaxed. Sets me up for the week ahead. Have booked again and can’t wait for my next visit.

We visited today for the first time. Gigi was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely helped me learn a lot more about my body and the causes of my pain points, as well as how to help relieve such pain. So much better than just a regular massage! Will definitely be coming back again. It is expensive but as someone with chronic pain and fibromyalgia, this is definitely worth it!

This is my 3rd visit and I can't rate Gigi highly enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatments and massages are very effective to relief long standing conditions and realigning the body. The new premises in Hornchurch are very pleasant and comfortable.
