This is not a massage just to be clear with everyone. I have lipodaeama and fibromyalgia. You can be still against the machine or for a better physical work out you move your body. It's not complicated and the girls there are so informative and show you how to do everything. I felt absolutely great leaving there but I also think I'll sleep well tonight. Water was given as I needed my bottle refilled. You will need to bring your bottle initially. the place is hidden and small but I had a fantastic experience. Her knowledge and help was amazing thank you so much. Try it x

I had a wonderful EMSculpt session on my derriere and thighs and love the results already after 1 treatment. I cannot wait to book in again. To top it off I had a sound healing session which was so tranquil and refreshing. I left completely relaxed with a perky and smooth bottom :)

Really wonderful place for a massage. Lymphatic drainage is amazing, it's like being stroked gently all over your body and the effects are awesome. Such a great place and I'm super fussy also have done some massage training and frequently go for a massage...I will always aim to come here when I'm in London. Thank you x

Fantastic experience. Went for a couples body treatment massage with special occasion package for an anniversary. The room was cozy and had a great mood. Massage was excellent and left us completely relaxed

I have been a massage therapist for 14 years & have worked in some very high end day spas during my career. I’m quite fussy & haven’t had a treatment in a long while because it’s hard to find the right therapist. I was feeling exhausted after a busy year & knew I needed some TLC. I had a body scrub & 90min deep tissue massage with Alessia & I’m so delighted to say that I have found my therapist 🥰 I felt totally pampered & her massage was the perfect combo of deep yet relaxing! Thank you Alessia, I feel amazing after my session. Highly recommend F&C, especially Alessia!

I highly recommend colonic hydrotherapy - so good for cleaning the colon - thus refreshing the skin and body.

It was my first time trying a service at Ashanti's Treatment Rooms and I had an amazing experience! my hydrafacial left my face glowing and Ashanti took the time to explain to me what each step was for. I was so suprised from the head massage as well that I didnt want to leave and stay for a full body massage. This is currently a one woman show so please be aware that you may have to wait a few minutes outside whilst she finishes previous treatement which is not a big deal. I would highly reccomend her facials and will be going back in a few weeks already :D

I had a hydro facial experience at ZN Clinic and it totally met my expectations. The stuff was professional and the clinic looks great.

It was my first experience at Beauty & Detox Spa and the staffs were very welcoming. I really like the facial including RF. Saphire was very friendly and explained to me each part of the procedure. Will definitely recommend and will go back again with my family:)
