The staff were really friendly and professional. The premises itself was lovely and welcoming with a little sofa at reception. Very happy with the result, they listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job. I have previously had a very chaotic and stressful experience elsewhere so I am happy to drive an extra 20 minutes away from home just to visit Poochies in the future.

Couldn’t be happier! Maria did not only do an amazing half head of highlights but a lovely cut, blow dry and the whole experience was lovely. Everyone who works there makes the whole appointment wonderful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Leila does a fabulous, meticulous shampoo with a great, stress reliever massage with the conditioner and Sausanne tries so hard to make sure your blow dry is exactly as you like it. She did an excellent job.

Always a treat to have your hair done, but to have it done by a great bunch of hair dressers with so much energy is a bonus. All the staff are friendly, happy, you have a laugh and a joke and you get pampered. The hair wash itself is so relaxing and then followed by the cut and blow dry, making you feel brand new. Thank you Muna and the team.
