If you work a physically demanding job or find yourself stressed and holding tension in your body. This is the perfect place to stop for a massage. Hilary always makes a point to make sure that areas of need are addressed or avoided per customer and visit. The environment is always relaxing as well as the massage. I find myself always feeling loose, relax, and peaceful after my visits. I highly reccomend.

I’ve been working with Hilary for awhile now and out of all the others I’ve had experience with, she is absolutely at the top! My experience is mostly sports/active related and I’m there for true therapy to help my body recover from my active lifestyle. Her knowledge of the body and independent muscles is amazing. She knows how to move you around to target any problem areas and her follow up after each session with suggestions is something I’m greatly appreciative of. Most of her open times are usually mid day and I’d like to see a little more flexibility if possible.
