It was my first visit to the salon. So I was a bit nervous on arrival. Very professional attitude exhibited by the beautician especially as I received intimate waxing. The beautician put me at ease immediately and was considerate to my needs and emotions.

My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! What an amazing find! First time at ReYou and I was so impressed. The salon is lovely, clean, modern and stylish. Chloe was fantastic- she listened, she advised and gave the best haircut I’d had in a very long while. I have naturally curly hair and am always a bit nervous about going somewhere new after having some awful experiences. This was excellent in every sense. Far better than some city centre salons I’ve tried that charge far more. Will definitely return!

Attended for my first deep tissue massage, she felt the problem straight away an got to work on it. All at my own pace an constantly checking that I was ok. Deb was friendly an made me feel very comfortable. Felt a whole lot better leaving appointment booked for the next session
