This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! I'd never had brow threading before (only waxing) but I was impressed with the speed of the service and the clean look it left. I like that Preeti drew the brow shape she was aiming for; it made me comfortable I'd like the result. And I do.

I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! I absolutely love this place! Always excellent service and excellent results :) I normally see Preeti for my eyebrows and waxing and she always does the BEST job!!! <3333 she's also very thorough and quick which makes it that much better! :) I highly recommend this place for waxing / threading / microblading and tinting :)

This was my first time coming to Gbeautybar and it was a great experience. Although my appointment started late, I could tell after my own services, that it would have been due to taking care of the client before me and their needs. Rin was LOVELY, and was very patient with me throughout the entire process, allowing me to pause and take my time when needed while also being supportive and kind. I will be back again in the future. Been going here for years. Very friendly and they do a great job. You can choose traditional threading or waxing. I use threading on my brows and wax on my face. They are intent on removing every last offending hair on my face and give me beautifully shaped brows. Went on a Sunday for the first time I was the only one there which was really relaxing and nice. It’s a pretty tight space in there when all the chairs are full.

Service was great. Naina was very receptive and gentle. For my eyebrows she asked for feedback and ensured the shape was what I wanted. For waxing, my skin normally gets really irritated but when she did it it was fine. Naina was professional and knew what she was doing. I'd recommend her!
