Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

The space was spotless, serene, and felt like a Zen-inspired retreat, with thoughtfully curated interior design touches that added to the calming atmosphere. Nika spent a full, focused hour on my pedicure, giving incredible attention to every detail. She followed it with a soothing facial that left my skin glowing all day. She was professional, kind and very customer focused and explained all the stages and products used on my skin. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

My experience with Trulyglowskin was by far the best waxing experience I have ever had! Ingrid is an aspiring young business owner…She is very professional and clean in the work she does. She is also certified and knows exactly what she is doing. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Ingrid also makes and sells her own body scrub which smells heavenly!
