I wanted to treat myself for my birthday with a lash lift and tint, and brow wax and tint, so I decided to try Krystel MediSpa, and I was not disappointed! When I made the original booking, I was able to book the lash tint/life but struggled to add on the brow wax/tint on the online booking system. Nadiia was welcoming and kind, and I felt so relaxed during my visit that I fell asleep a couple times during my lash treatment. I explained the booking difficulty and Nadiia was able to add the brow wax/tint I was wanting. Thank you!! I left feeling relaxed, confident, and will definitely be back !

Amazing experience from start to finish! I went in for a facial and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. The space was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. The facial itself was amazing. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and well cared for. Mackenzie est la best esthéticienne que j'ai eu à date. Super douce, à l'écoute et elle est très bonne dans ce quelle fait. Je vais pour des facials et waxing et c'est super. Pendant le facial elle fait aussi le cou et le décolté ce qui fait que c'est encore plus spécial et relaxant.

I had the head to toe glow and a manicure by McKenzie. As usual, the experience was relaxing. McKenzie is very efficient and skilled at her work. I appreciated that she was even able to fit in a last-minute chin waxing for me.

I moved to Dieppe in August, from NS, and have been looking for salon services. I can’t believe I found this gem right under my nose. I went, armed with photos, and Amanda gave me the perfect cut, just what I wanted! I also had some waxing services, and I am sorry I didn’t catch the esthetician’s name, was wonderful! The staff are diligent about adhering to sanitizing/ cleaning guidelines. I felt very safe,comfortable and welcome. I have found my salon family! Happy with the result! The procedure was quick, and Olya worked carefully, minimizing discomfort while considering all my requests. I appreciated the cleanliness of the workspace and the quality of the wax. It was great to see that Olya strictly followed hygiene rules when working with wax. I also received useful reminders for aftercare. A nice bonus was the pleasant conversation. The result is excellent—I will definitely come back!

I had the best experience.. first Krystelle did my eyebrow waxing and it was the softest waxing I have ever had it was terrific, second Clinton was absolutely delightful to deal with and I ended up getting a piercing from him, he was very professional and explained everything he was doing and how to care for it after. All in all this was a great first experience and will definitely go back and tell all my friends to go 💜

Walking into the studio was like a breath of fresh air! All decorations inside is beautiful even the chairs. Personally, I’ve struggle with my hair since I was young. But, going to this studio changed my hair life completely! My hair is now soft and filled with layers! Aya, the hairstylist who cut my hair was amazing and she even styled it perfectly. As I came in and told I wanted lots of volume and layers, she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Aya’s hair skills are beyond normal! Her precision of certain layers and face framing cuts that actually go with the shape of my face is amazing!

A skilled waxer is hard to come by; Brook did am amazing job on my intimate wax. The least amount of pain I have felt during a wax ever. Her personality is warm and upbeat all while doing an impeccable work. You are more than lucky to have her on your team.
