Nice facilities but, the ventilation in the female changing room needs to be improved. Air conditioning needs to be considered or at the very least the airfans need to be cleaned. It is very uncomfortable as it is.

My daughter and I had a lovely day today. We arrived at 9.30am and used the spa facilities and relaxed in the sunshine until our massage treatments at midday. Feeling super relaxed, we went to the brasserie for a wonderful lunch. We loved the whole experience.

It was a good day. My mum and I do it often. There could be a few more loungers than sofas inside ideally and on busy days you feel you have to queue for the saunas or jacuzzi as they're quite small and only suitable for 2 or 3 people at a time. The lockers are now a good size and free which is great but again the changing rooms are quite basic and small and I can never get the shower to more than a warm-ish temperature. We love the massage jets in the pool. The outside area is beautiful and it's always pretty clean everywhere.

Would have been better if all facilitieere were working and if a refreshments or dining optipn was nearer not the opposite side of the complex. Staff were friendly the working facilities were good and I can imagine on summer it's lovely but service was slow (due to other prioritised functions happening at the same time)

We enjoyed it ,my friend had a lovely birthday treat ,we definitely would come again , between the hours when children are not around,the drinks were very expensive though ,we had a great time , keep the spa prices the same and we will come every month for a mums treat ,thankyou

My massage was wonderful but I was disappointed with the spa in general. It felt a bit neglected and wasn't it's usual smart self. Full bins, no cups for or ice in the water, dirty cups in the bubble room, broken hand dryer in the ladies etc. lots of weeds outside too. I hope this is temporary as it will put me off coming in the future if it is like this again

This was my first time visiting the Spa at Lakeside Park Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and my massage was 10/10! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. It was lovely to then relax by the pool, read my book and sit in the jacuzzi. I will definitely be visiting again :)

A great experience. Very welcoming at reception. The changing rooms were nice and clean. The spa had everything you wanted - it was small and probably very busy at some times but I found it a very relaxing atmosphere and I will certainly go again.
