My stylist Olive was wonderful, professional and fast! I will always come back for my trims and touch ups! However, I must say the instructor has a very off putting energy and is always rude to his students and almost sounds angry/annoyed by everything they do. He helped with drying my hair at the end of the service and was quite rough and directed the heat a lot at the scalp. Olive also had a plan to style my bangs and for some reason he did the opposite way that she was doing and her side looked great but his didn’t match. I hate to leave negative reviews and but felt I had to:(

Olive and the other student I didn't happen to get the name of were lovely students and did a great job. However, the instructor was barely helping and was a bit rude and complaining to staff that it was 5pm and closing time even though my hair wasn't finished. Their professionalism was lacking to say the least.

I had hair cut yesterday but part of the back of my hair is longer than the rest. I should have checked in the mirror before leaving there.

Excellent. The student stylist Puneet was knowledgeable and efficient. He was willing to learn how to dry my hair in a way that works best (receding hair line etc) rather than cookie cutter or "this is how I was taught". Very refreshing as professional stylists refuse to do this and I have to redo my hair because of them! The supervising teacher Akram was extremely knowledgable and taught Puneet as necessary for my type of hair and requests. I will return to Puneet in the near future for a great wash and blow dry as well as future cuts!
