It's been a long time since I've had such painless bikini waxes. It can be hard to find someone so good and Jane is the best. She clearly knows what she's talking about with the science of the service as well as her extensive experience, which results in a painless wax with next to no ingrown hairs. She's also really great to talk to, which makes the service is very relaxing rather than awkward or rushed like in some salons. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Hazel greeted me with a warm smile putting me at ease straight away. Before she started my back wax she explained everything that she would be doing. The treatment room was spotless and I found Hazel to be very professional in her approach. Being the first time that I’ve had my back waxed and nerves, I had soon went and I was impressed with the experience. Hazel was absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and she made the entire process so easy and calming. Not once did I feel any burning or pain. It honestly is just a little sting for 10 seconds and it’s over. We had a lovely chat throughout the entire session which made it so much better as it was like a little distraction to what actually going. She’s super professional and knows what she’s talking about. Will be recommending to my friends and family!!

My mother had earwax removal done today and I can honestly say the service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made my mum feel so comfortable straight away with her warm and friendly manner, explaining everything clearly, we knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was quick, completely pain-free and done with real care and professionalism. Sam really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re relaxed and looked after.
