I've been struggling to find someone who can shape my eyebrows well, I've constantly left other beauticians feeling disappointed after feeling like they rushed the shaping. After trying Beauty Clinic @99 I am so so happy with my eyebrows now! Thank you for taking the time to make them even and for listening to how I wanted them to look. Natalie was excellent, she spent time correcting/preparing a self made toe nail acrylic, without any complaints. So good at her job, whilst making me feel totally at ease. Going back next week for more pampering .

I had Charlenet for my cut&blow and she is an amazing hairdresser. I never thought my hair could look this good, she knows what she is doing and I will be definitely come back in the future. I’m very happy with overall result, she helped me with styling my hair, giving me right products for my hair and most importantly making me feel comfortable.

Was a nice relaxing massage. And she definitely got some knots out. Some constructive criticism , when therapist first put oil on hands and touched my back her cold hands made me jump, and as a lady with large boobs the offer of an extra pillow would have made a difference to comfort and the ability to relax. But all in all lovely massage , good pressure and technique and the lavender eye mask was an added bonus.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X

Absolutely love getting my brows waxed by Rio, so much so I've moved out of area but I'll still travel an hour back so she can do my brows, because she's the best and let me tell you I've tried mannyy places! I've started working my way through her other treatments too because why not, the hours facial the most relaxing, you'll walk out feeling fresh and relaxed. I just love that Rio is so kind and patient with me even when I just can't keep still 🙈 highly recommend!
