After having 5 Hollywood waxes at another place, then coming here as my usual waxer was fully booked for the dates I needed, I won’t be going back to my old waxer, Sandie was so comforting, knowledgable and all in all made me so comfortable and confident and very thorough! This is the first time I feel anyone spent time to get to know my hair properly as part of the styling consultation. Jenny worked with my natural hair not against, noticing my hair was curly (news to me). Jenny offered me advice/ products to trial between appointments to help me decide- she is so knowledgeable! The whole team were so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and included. I knew I had complete confidence in Jenny so I let her work her magic! I now have bouncy sun-kissed natural curls, which I LOVE! I’m so chuffed with my new look and I am never going anywhere else again!
